Personality: He mostly keeps to himself and can be a little brunt and to the point but means well likes to make others stronger but has a code of honor that he follows to the letter he looks for to train and stop the madness that is soul society killings of all hollow good or bad and does not like seeing women hurt also does not care for titles

History:he originally was a hollow who stopped the instinct of hunger instead only ate those hollows who bothered him evenly becoming a vas lord he killed and consumed his brother gaining a electricity based power he then ripped off his mask he also made the promise to destroy hollows

Zanpakuto's Released Appearance and Powers: he throws the shurikun which grows into a large dragon whitch attaches itself to the ground acting as a shield for those he does not want into the fight or as a distractions mean while anthony becomes like a huge wolf with claws that could cut through almost anything his senses increase along with his power, defense and speed while his mask looks like a large oval with 3 stripes on the upper part it also has what could be mistaken for whiskers his eyes become black with red pupils his black hair becomes blood red and his fangs become sharper he gains some power over electricity due to absorbing his brother
